The dream of every tourist is to eat sublime food and enjoy a good party, so we introduce you to one of the most famous restaurants. Just 9 minutes away from the Hyatt Hotel and located in the Historic Centre of Cartagena, you can’t miss the Mirador Gastrobar. First of all, a good view builds good times and this place has a rooftop that is accompanied by the Torre del Reloj, a 16th century monument. In the open air and with music by DJs, here you can taste dishes such as Moqueca de Mariscos or a delicious Pescado al Ajillo.
In Latin lands you have to know how to live the adventure always accompanied by a Carajillo, a drink that is somewhere between coffee and alcohol. Finally, the Claustrum discotheque on the third floor is the end point of a night that will ensure ecstasy and Colombian rumba in all its splendour.
Who doesn’t want a unique moment surrounded by nature? Just 10 minutes from the Hyatt Regency Hotel, you will love this alternative. The name derives from the military fortress San Sebastián de Pastelillo, which is located just metres from the restaurant. You can come and embrace a dreamy sunset overlooking the bay of Cartagena and surrounded by lush vegetation. A romantic theme can also be booked for special moments for couples.
Before finishing this brief and intense tour, we can’t leave the city without trying the Medallones de Langosta (lobster medallions) or a Festival de Mariscos (seafood festival). As for desserts, an exquisite option is the Chocolate Volcano a la Cartagenera, a creamy chocolate coulant accompanied by cocoa and almonds, dulce de leche sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Ansares Hotel
The key to a dream getaway is in our e-mail. Yes, the heavy key rings and cards to enter your room are a thing of the past, because Ansares Hotel frees us from this process and sends us an e-mail that automatically opens the doors to one of its exclusive rooms.
Surrounded by a landscape of green areas and endless views of pure nature, this smart key is one of the innovations in sustainability that this charming four-star hotel has, which is located in the municipality of Tarancón (Cuenca).
Precisely in the middle of a magical enclave, the hotel in Cuenca has implemented a modern, luxurious hotel palace with all the facilities to pamper its guests. In this way, the owners of the hotel and their representative Felipe Sánchez, Commercial Director of the hotel, showed us how green initiatives in the hotel industry can be planned and implemented in different ways, it is only necessary to appeal to awareness and creativity to make them achieve their objective without losing the glamour.

On this occasion, LA RAZÓN presents Valladolid’s “Golden Mile of Wine”, an unmissable route of unique and incomparable experiences, as in addition to wine tastings and visits to wineries, there are a number of other attractions that will make a visit of “one mile” an unforgettable experience.
The “Golden Mile of Wine in the Province of Valladolid” is already a unique and first class wine tourism destination on the national and international scene. Geographically, the territory corresponds to the kilometres that run between Tudela de Duero and Peñafiel, which also accompany the Duero River as it passes through the province of Valladolid. It is an area with a deep-rooted winemaking tradition, recognised as one of the international areas with the highest concentration of wineries producing wine of the highest quality.
In the world, the quality and flavour of the Douro is indisputable, thousands of travellers come to Spain from the most remote places in the world just to taste a little of this elixir. For this reason, in this new route, other reasons have been added to make this experience an obligatory destination for any traveller.
Thus, in this privileged environment, there are numerous tourist initiatives that offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy accommodation, restaurants and wine tourism services of recognised excellence, enhancing the treasures of the landscape, monuments, culture and history of the area. A unique destination with exclusive experiences for the most demanding traveller.
Eco-friendly initiatives
This initiative promotes this first class international reference destination, through public-private collaboration and championing the sustainable development of the territory, from the constant search for excellence, respect for the environment and its inhabitants, and with values shared with other experiences in the province of Valladolid.
For the development of the project, the Provincial Council of Valladolid has the collaboration of the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Valladolid, as its Technical Office.
Therefore, both entities are at the disposal of the objectives, participants and direct and indirect beneficiaries of the project, encouraging an increasing number of companies and collaborating entities to join the initiative. To join this initiative and adhere to the brand, companies, in addition to being located in the “Golden Mile” territory, must demonstrate the established quality criteria.
In this way, the province of Valladolid increases the potential of its tourism and hospitality sector at national and international level, already reaching other Latin American countries such as Mexico and Peru.
